Preolas provides OpenText Enterprise Content Management consulting, support, and proprietary software products including the Preolas AI Gateway, Preolas Aconex Connector, and Preolas Apps (collectively, “the Products”).

Use of the Products is subject to separate licensing agreements between Preolas and the customer. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer or contract for the supply of any product or service. All engagements are subject to a formal agreement signed by both parties.

3. SOFTWARE LICENSING

The Preolas AI Gateway, Aconex Connector, and Apps are proprietary software owned by Preolas Pty Ltd. All intellectual property rights in these products remain with Preolas. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software as agreed in their individual licence agreement. Copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited.

4. CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS

Consulting and support services provided by Preolas are subject to a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and intellectual property ownership will be set out in that agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, no consulting services are provided.
